We are writing to update you on Council’s decision for the 2025 Annual Meeting. As you are all aware, Council decided to cancel the contract and pay the penalties for the 2025 Annual Meeting planned at Universal Orlando. As you can imagine, our options for relocating were limited as most properties already had other events scheduled for our annual meeting dates in December 2025. Council has decided to move the 2025 Annual Meeting to January 2026 and has contracted the Atlantis, Bahamas. The Annual Meeting will be held January 12-15, 2026.

The Council is looking forward to holding our first annual meeting in January and trying this new time of the year. Please watch for an email in the next few weeks to offer your feedback to our survey regarding future meeting locations and timing. Your feedback will be valuable with helping the Council and Annual Meeting Task Force decide on future locations.

We hope to continue to provide full and ongoing transparency in this process. The survey results will be shared with membership once finalized.
