The same data points as in Fig 2. The solid line is the pharmacokinetic function, consistent with Eq. 1, which was fitted to the data points by computer using nonlinear least-squares regression. Coefficients and exponents from the fitted function were used to calculate the kinetic variables as indicated on the figure.
